- How will I know my size?
On every product page, there is a section that says size. Click on the (i) beside the size chart to check your measurements.
- Is there a limit on quantity that I can order?
Not at all! You can order as many pieces of clothing as you like.
- Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?
We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurate as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that sight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.
- Do we offer alterations?
For domestic customers, we provide an option of getting your garment altered by our in-house tailor, If after purchase you feel that your garment is not the suitable fit you, you can bring it to our Memsaheb store to be altered at an additional fee. This service is not available to customers outside India.
- I need help deciding what to buy. Can I speak to a stylist?
Yes, we have stylists that can help you find something in a particular style or for a specific occasion. If you have queries regarding what style/pattern/fit/color would suit you or what garment would enhance your look, our stylists are always ready to help you pick the best outfit via video calling. For styling related queries, you can call us at +919848046100 from Monday to Saturday (11 am - 6pm IST).
- Do you take orders over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone, but we do provide our customers with virtual shopping facility via whatsapp video calling.
Shipping & Delivery
- How much time does it take for an order to arrive?
Usually it takes 2-4 business days in all major cities of India, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 4-6 business days, for rest of the India it usually takes 7-10 business days.
For International deliveries it may upto 15-20 days depending upon your city and custom norms of your country
- What are the delivery charges to my location?
For Domestic delivery, We charge nominal fee of Rs 99/- for orders less than Rs 1,000/-
For International Delivery:

- Do we provide cash on delivery in my city?
We offer cash on delivery (COD) at many locations in India depending on the pin code. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the pin code is served through this facility or else you can email us your area PIN code so that we can check and revert.
- Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we do deliver outside India and offer different shipping options as applicable.
- Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and GST.
For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes. We will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.
- How can I Track my order status?
You will receive the messages / email regarding your shipment details and tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service. Also you may visit order history page to see tracking details of your order.
- How can I pay for my order?
The following payment options are for buyers: Debit card / credit card / Net banking / UPI / COD (only India)
- What should I do if my online payment fails?
If your payment fails, please retry the transaction after checking that all the information you have entered is correct. If your payment still fails, you will have to try again in sometime.
- My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?
Please e-mail us with your purchased order number and transaction ID / payment details. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Do you accepts returns?
Yes, we have a 5 days (from the date of delivery) returns policy on all products except below categories Due to hygiene reasons, we won't be able to accept returns in the following categories:
Night wear, Innerwear / lingerie, Swimwear, Costumes, Cosmetics, Creams, Lotions, hair and skin care products, make-up products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Sale / offer period products
- Gift cards/vouchers/coupons
- Some health and personal care items
- Products that are Perishable in nature
- Inflammable liquids or gases like perfumes, etc…

- How can I modify my order?
Just drop an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will modify your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
- I have paid via cash on delivery (COD), how will I get refund?
We shall be refunding you back the amount only in your bank account, details of which you will have to share with us.
- I have paid via net banking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?
We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase.
- My item has arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email at email@example.com with a photograph of the garment within 24 hours of the delivery. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment size.
