Exchange & Return Policy
We will accept exchanges
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
- Products once altered cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange will be considered only for damaged or defective items.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been used, worn, altered, washed or tampered with. Management decision will be final and binding.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged / returned.
- No exchange/refund on items purchased from Fabrics Section since we cut a specific length as per your need, so exchange/return in that case shall not possible for us.
- No exchange/refund on discounted/sale items.
- Product that are Perishable in nature such as cosmetics, etc...
- products with makeup / lipstick marks or any other spots,
- Intimate goods (e.g. Lingerie, Night wear, Lounge wear, other personal products, etc…) or sanitary goods,
- Inflammable liquids or gases like perfumes, etc…
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective, Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 72 hours of delivery. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their own end.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- You must make your return within 3 days of the delivery date if the delivery has been made to India / 14 days if the delivery has been made elsewhere.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two way shipping costs for exchange of clothes.
- Upon receipt of returned products, we reserve the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days (delivery within in India) or 14 days (delivery anywhere else) after delivery. Management decision regarding the refund will be final & binding.

The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Products on the Platform.
